Our Approach to Customer Reviews

At PrimeLight Design, we are committed to transparency and integrity in every aspect of our business — especially when it comes to customer feedback.

To ensure that all reviews are authentic, we use Judge.me, an independent and verified review platform. Only customers who have purchased our products are invited to leave a review, helping us maintain the highest standards of honesty and credibility.

We do not permit fake reviews, and we are unable to alter star ratings or modify the content of any review. All feedback is published exactly as submitted by the customer.

We believe in open and transparent communication. As such, we retain the right to respond to all reviews, allowing us to offer support, address concerns, or express our thanks.

This process ensures that our prospective customers can rely on reviews that are fair, genuine, and unfiltered — a reflection of our ongoing commitment to quality and trust.

As a long-time EyeDirect user, this is such a great successor! Smaller, very light, folds up into a carry on luggage-sized case.

The Zeeprompt works great. It's small and compact which is ideal for when we have to film on the road. Quick to set up and user friendly.

The ZeePrompt has been a game changer for us. The ease of use and lightweight mobility gives us the ability to throw a prompter anywhere. We have used it on steady cams, sliders, and more. In fact, we ended up buying another kit because it was such a workhorse. Couldn’t recommend a better product, truly.

Recently used the ZeePrompt for a studio shoot.

We had multiple lengthy scripts to record, requiring in-the-moment adaptions. Having the ZeePrompt controlled from a laptop was so much easer to make amends than it would have been with a tablet based prompter.

It was incredibly quick and easy to set up and to utilize during filming.

Client was thrilled. Happy client, happy producer. Happy crew too - derig was super fast!

I reached out to PrimeLight to discuss the VoxBox Air and whether it would work for my production company and Steve was incredibly helpful. Having spent 10 years hiring in an EyeDirect I've found this product to be significantly more portable and flexible to setup / use. It mounts on my 15mm bars and takes 5 mins to setup now I've got used to it. Highly recommended.

Amazing product. Complete game changer! Please keep the development of this product going. Would be great to have a camera that works well in bright light conditions (think summer day in a conservatory) in the next version.

The VOXBOX AIR is amazing. Small case and light to travel with and just so so simple to set up. I could not be happier I purchased this over other similar models. I had been hiring a very popular and expensive version and this wins hands down!

think the VoxBox Pro is my favourite kit purchase this year so far. Everything is built so well.

Really useful

The VoxBox Pro is a really well-made piece of kit. You can tell it was designed by a working camera operator! Sturdy and made out of quality materials, I’m sure it will see a lot of action and last many years.

Travelled all over the USA with it.

We really love the VoxBox Pro and have been evangelizing it to all of our colleagues in the digital video space. So much of our video journalism has turned direct-to-camera and we find this infinitely easier to use than the EyeDirect. It has been used extensively and has clocked some miles across the US traveling.

Well made and easy to set up and use.

It is pretty quick to set up especially if you are positioning it straight onto 15mm rods. I found I could get everything set up in around 3-5 minutes.

Great for teleprompting too.

We use the VoxBox Pro on shoots in the UK, Europe and most recently, Mexico. We feel confident sending it as checked baggage as the superb case protects the kit perfectly during transit, ensuring there are no nasty surprises at our destination! What we really like about VoxBox Pro is its versatility. We use it for both down-the-lens interviews and as a Teleprompter, it's quick and easy to rig with our DSLR kits, either using the rail mount or simply on a lighting stand in front of the lens.

Solid, professional bit of kit.

I have used the VoxBox Pro on various corporate shoots. It's easy and quick to set up - I usually just put it on a lighting stand. It's solidly made and looks very professional - the director/client can plainly see what they're getting for the rental fee... it's not just a cardboard box.I used it on one corporate shoot and the director was so impressed, the cameraman shooting the next segment in another country, was told to buy one too! And as an added bonus it can be a teleprompter too."

Perfect for us

We do a lot of content for social which is straight-down-the-barrel and this is perfect for our needs. No more re-takes because the talent’s eyeline was wrong. One of our clients is the world’s top pro cycling team.
